Thinking of Darrell. Anne is with me now in England. It is good that we can be together at times like this.

It is hard to believe that nearly a year has passed since Darrell died. He is missed, especially by Anne. Darrell deeply loved Anne. He wrote her poems and frequently said "I love you". Times were tough near the end as dementia took its toll, but somehow the real Darrell remained visible. Anne will be here in England with me for the anniversary of Darrell's passing. We shall light a candle his memory.

Darrell was my best friend as well as my husband of 26 years. He loved me more than life itself, even when I was at my worst. I'm happy you are no longer suffering honey, but I miss you terribly.
