Not sure what to say?

Knew Darrell for better than 32 years, met him when he first came to the Sheetz store to fix the hot dog grill. Never mattered the day or time, he was always there. What I appreciated most, in addition to his stories and sense of humor, was he would take the time to teach you if it was an easy repair. Hope your memories keep him close, they will for me.
My condolences to his family.

You have my sympathy. Thoughts and prayers for the Patton family.

Darryl always made me smile when he came into our store to work, or just punching in and out. He will be greatly missed.

Darrel was always so positive. Loved when he came to my store. Always took the time to listen. Thoughts & prayers to his family

What a remarkable man, so talented and with a great sense of humor and great will. My sympathies and prayers to the family. God's Peace be with you.

I knew Darrell since I was very young. Our paths crossed many times over the years, especially at Sheetz. Darrell was always very nice to me and my family, and will be sadly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.

I met Darrell in the first few years I worked at Sheetz in the early 1980's! He kept me entertained for 36 years. I remember him as a young Vo-tech teacher too. I will miss our talks. He could fix anything that we broke. He will be missed at Sheetz. Gary, Larry and Darrell, we called him the "Other Brother" -My condolences JoAnn Bennett
