Not sure what to say?

Dear Phillip & family,

You are in our thoughts and prayers. "Doc" was a wonderful man and a true friend that will be missed so much. He was so proud of you Phillip, you were everything to him. We heard you tell your dad today that you would, "take it from here." Well, please let him continue to guide you and your family's journey through life because he still won't steer you wrong... :) God Bless all of you. ~Dee & Ronnie~Meridian

Phillip, We're very sorry for the loss of your dad. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Dale and Patsy Shelby (Your mom's cousin)

'Doc' was my late husband's friend and mine and we so enjoyed his visits to our farm in Hillsboro. He also took such loving care of our friend, Mary Ann, during her illness. He sold my husband one of his saddles and I will always remember Russ riding away, with DOC engraved on the back of that saddle. I know how proud he was of you, his fine son, and he spoke so lovingly of your beautiful Mother. I pray God's comfort to you and your family during this difficult time. Doc will be missed.

Phillip,
I am sorry about your father. I hope you find comfort in the wonderful memories the two of you shared. My thoughts and prayers are with you now and always.

Dear Philip and family
I think I did this wrong the first time-sorry-but this is not an unusual occurance for me-I am so sorry that you have lost your dad and our Uncle Darrell-he was always such a big presence in our life as well as your mom Aunt Luanda -especially since every thing is bigger in Texas as Grandpa Reesing used to say-and I always tell everyone that till this day. I am sorry that myself and family are not able to make it there but you are in our thoughts and prayers. I...

Hello Phil,

The Christensens, Ann Ruth, Cora Lou and Bill Miller, Larry/Dale, Mary Lou and family and friends.
Was sorry to hear the news, and when I think of "Uncle Darrell" I remember the time he decided to outfit me to look like a Texan (if he didn't think I had the potential he probably wouldn't have) during a visit while I was in high school- we went to Sheplers and he got me some boots, a hat and a belt- of which I still have today. Who knew sea turtle leather would be banned...

Philip:

I was so sorry to hear about the loss of your father, please know you will be in my thoughts and prayers over the next several days. Fortunately you have over 40 years of wonderful memories to help get you through this difficult time (I can personally recall quite a few) -- and can take pride in his professional/personal accomplishments and the legacy he leaves behind through you.

Dearest Phillip,
We were so sorry to hear about your dad. Please know our prayers and our thoughts are with you. Think of you so often. May God bring you comfort and peace.
Much love,
Danny & Carole Swafford
