Not sure what to say?

Darrell was a classmate, "THE" bass drummer in the IHS band and a friend. Although I have a lot of memories I could share, the ones Darrell and I made at our class reunions where we reflected on our many memories and, more importantly, our discussions about our meeting again someday with our Heavenly Father are the ones I want to reflect on. I will see you again, brother.

Darrell will be missed. Always a smile. Many good memories from the days of the IHS marching band, "Flash" was the best. Prayers for the family. He is with his "Father" now and I'm sure he is happy. Nancy Gillenwater Class of "56

Darrell was a classmate of mine (IHS 1956)and although he was often remembered as the bass drummer in the band he was also a friend to all and had a contagious smile. He was missed at the 55th reunion and will be to all who had the good fortune to have known him.

To Barbara and the family:
Please know that we pray for each of you. God blass you and keep you during this time of loss.

To the family of Darrell Rollins- Your loss is beyond any words I can add. I attended Kingsbury Grade School and Ironton High with him. He taught me so very much about life and how is to be lived. I proudly called him friend and am proud and a better person to have known him. He will be thought of frequently and with love. Until we see each other again.
Dale (Fox) Smith, class of 1956 Ironton High School.

Thank God for this wonderful Soldier for the Lord, I had the privilege of working with him at KSR,and he always gave me words of wisdom during my early days in my ministry and later on I had the honor of being his nurse at Kindred Hosp. Earth have no sorry that Heaven can't heal, I will miss your Pastor, God Bless the Family.

Barbara you and your family are in my prayers. May your memories of Darrell bring you peace. Stay Blessed.

I was privileged to work with Pastor Rollins in the KY DOC and at U. of L.'s IRB. What a fine man. He will be missed.

Barbara, I am so sorry to hear about Darrell. I have known him for over 10 years as the prisoner advocate on the UofL's IRB. He was a gentle man with a contagious smile. I enjoyed our chats so much. His presence will be in our thoughts and hearts for eternity. Thoughts and prayers to you and your family. Bev
