DARRELL D. TEMPLE

Darrell D. Temple Darrell D. Temple was born on March 21, 1919, to Helen (nee Stratemeier) and Donald Temple in Hamburg, N.Y. He earned his industrial forestry degree from Syracuse University and worked in related fields, including sales and distribution of wood products with U.S. Plywood for 34 years, until his retirement in 1982. Darrell and Shirley Trump were married in 1945. They have two sons, Douglas and John; and three grandsons, Jordan, Cooper, and Henry. Darrell was preceded in death by his brother, Norbert; and grandson, Mathew, who died at 18 of muscular dystrophy. Darrell was a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Palatine, where he was devoted to his small group bible study and to SYB. He totally enjoyed conquering crossword puzzles. Darrell died in the Lord and was blessed with a beautiful, peaceful death on Monday, May 14, 2012. A private memorial service will be held.
