Not sure what to say?

Grandpa, I´m having a rough morning and for some reason God is pushing on my heart to write this to you. I´m attending a wedding this weekend and needless to say I´m filled with feelings of sadness, grief, fear, happiness and joy all mixed together. You´ve seen my life past few years from the eyes of heaven and know what I´ve been through, where I´m at and where I´m going to end up (hopefully God has shared that with you). I have a new man in my life and he´s a good one. He´s genuine,...

Darrell you always brightened my day to see you. Every Christmas sending me flowers beyond beautiful, you will be missed my friend and prayers to you Diane. Phlebotomist in Lowell

Well Pard I guess here goes another chapter in our lives and I guess I'm the one left to write it even though I know your'e still "around". I was always afraid that we were going to laugh ourselves to death and we came close a lot of times. I'll try to carry on the birthday song with a little help from our friends. My goodness we had a bunch of good times over 40+ years and still managed to always stay the best of friends. I will miss and love you forever my dear friend. Save me a stool next...

We are sorry to hear of the loss of Darrell. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of you!

I was saddened to hear of your passing Darrell. You were a good friend ; always there with a smile and a pat on the back. I loved the laughs we all shared at "The Pony", and the generous way you shared your home with friends and employees . Rest in Peace my friend.

The first time we met you and Diane, your arms were opened wide with love and joy! We have never met people so kind and willing to bring strangers into their home. Darrell, you always made everyone feel welcomed, loved and part of your family. You will be truly missed! May the Lord keep Diane and relieve her heavy heart. Until we meet again, look down upon us all and know that we ALL are very THANKFUL for your admiration of life and sharing it with us.

Our hearts are with you Diane and your family. We always enjoyed our time with you all when we visited mike in Michigan. He was a good man and will surely be missed by all who had the pleasure of his company

My sympathies and condolences to you all, family and friends. Darrell was a friend to me, sharing stories laughs and life experiences during times that helped me with my life. And beyond :-) A fine man, I'm glad for our chats and caring and sharing, and sad for our loss. Ah, those shining eyes.

May fond memories of Darrel bring you comfort during this hard time in your life. Our hearts and prayers go out to you and your family. Love, Deane and Linda Brengle
