Not sure what to say?

Darrell came to New Haven to run the external disease service of the Ophthalmology Department. He transformed this section into a first class service with great rapport with community physicians as well as the university. I for one was able to speak with him from time to time in years past even after he had left to get erudite answers on complex patients. He will be missed!

The best of the best Ophthalmic plastic surgeons at Yale in my time, always right on with advice and surgical skills.

To the family of Dr. Wolfley my thoughts and prayers go out to you. I worked with Dr. Wolfley in the early 2000's at Healthsouth Hospital. I can truly say I enjoyed every day spent with him in the OR. Dr. Wolfley was an excellent surgeon and a gracious gentleman. I am a better person and nurse for having known him. Rest In Peace

I was a patient of Dr. Wolfley. I was shocked when Vision America's office here in Northport called me to tell me that Dr. Wolfley had passed away. I had an appointment to see him sometime this month.
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

My family and I were devastated to hear of Dr. Wolfley's passing. He was my father's eye surgeon and the only person I trusted to perform the operation on him. Truly a great man and will be greatly missed. Prayers of peace and understanding to the family.

Dr. Wolfley certainly helped a lot of people and for that his living was not in vain. Rest well. You will be missed.

I join in celebrating a life that touched so many & truly made a difference in their quality of life. As a patient of almost 25 years, I have known his skills. I also saw how appreciative he was of his wonderful staff, encouraging them to reach their highest potential. Blessings & prayers to all.

Still hard to believe, Love You, Vic and Gary
