A private graveside service will be held for Mr. Darrell Dennard Young, Jr. who passed on May 13, 2020.
Mr. Darrell Dennard Young, Jr. was born on September 29, 1992 in Tampa, Florida to the parentage of Tomeka Dilbert and Darrell Dennard Young. He was a loving person who lived his life to the fullest and was very dedicated to his family.
He attended the public schools of Hillsborough County and graduated from Ethline R. Williams Preparatory School. Mr. Young was employed at Great Rooms.
Mr. Darrell Dennard Young, Jr. was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, Brindley and Evelyn Dilbert and Ida Nix; maternal grandfather, Charles Russell; niece and nephew, Sa’riyah and Ronald Green.
He is survived by his children, Yailany Young and Darrell Young, III and their mother, Barbara Gonzalez; parents, Tomeka Dilbert and Darrell Dennard Young; a devoted maternal grandmother/nana, Yasmin Dilbert; maternal grandfather, Michael Nix; maternal great grandfather, Joseph Nix; paternal grandmother, Sarah F. Russell; sisters, Shayla, Tiffany and LaTosha Young and a host of sorrowing great aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives in Georgia, New York, Miami, Roatan Honduras and friends too numerous to mention but too important not to forget.
There will be a viewing on Wednesday May 20, 2020 at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. In lieu of the current restrictions from the CDC, we are asking that you use the visitation as an opportunity to pay your final respect.
