"WHAT WE HAVE ONCE ENJOYED WE CAN NEVER LOSE..ALL THAT WE LOVE DEEPLY BECOMES A PART OF US"
In the short time we had to know Darren he was a very kind and giving man. He made Heather's world, I can never remember a time seeing them together that they weren't smilling and totaly enjoying each other. He was (is) a wonderful addition to our family and he will never be forgotten.

Laurie, Mike, Ed, Pat and families: I am so sorry for your loss! Yes, it's been 20-some years since I last saw Darren but his Faith is clear in my mind. I hope that you can find peace in answers soon. May God Bless You All! Candi

To the families of Darren & Heather we send our deepest sympathy and love. The photos we have of times spent together will be treasured. It is truly a comfort to know that they are in their Father's hands, where we will see them again one day.

Ron & I first met Darren & Heather back in 2001 when we owned our own business. They had a presence about them that was truly magical. We went to Jacksonville with them one weekend and shared a hotel room and no matter how late we got back to the room, they were always full of energy. They showed how much they loved each other, how much they loved God and how much they loved everyone they came into contact with. The only good that has come out of a tragedy like this is they are together in...

I heard about Darren's passing by chance. I came to this website to pay my respects, and am overwhelmed reading what wonderful things everyone has to say about him and Heather. I was in elementary school with Darren, and he had a passion and energy even back in 5th grade. I'm very sorry for your loss, and hope you and your family are comforted with everyone's prayers and well wishes.

What a warm and special man! Every time you had the opportunity to be in Darren's presence, he brought forth life to its fullest. His talent offering of "Great Balls of Fire" on the cruises we shared was just delightful....a great memory! Darren always had a positive word to share and warmth from his heart. Bob and I will look forward to seeing he and Heather again in heaven. Our love and prayers to his family.

Darren, you were such a honest, authentic man with so much integrity. Every time you spoke you spoke with the most positive attitude to the point where you could at times be mistaken for that old adage of "To good to be true". Being in the presence of your wise wit and the way you made people believe so much in your words hence, in you - I have not shead a tear that you are gone, instead I rejoice. I am over joyed and complete in knowing that you are with your Father and it is to him that you...
