Not sure what to say?

Darren my friend, I know it has been many, many years since you have passed but I just wanted to write and let you know I still think about you often. I only knew you for a few years but we started becoming great friends. I often wonder how much more our friendship would continue to grow if you were still here. Although we were only friends for a few years you had a big impact on my life and I ended up naming my son Darren after you. Although you were already gone he was all smiles when he...

To Darren's family,

Matt and I have spoken of Darren often. We have found ourselves at events where he would have been and he was thought of and missed. We have gone places that we would have gone with him and he is always in our thoughts and conversations. This past year has surely been the toughest in each of your lives. I hope that you have found solace in knowing how many lives your son has touched, how much respect people had for him, and how much so many of us truly...

Darren,
It has been a month since you have gone; it has been a month without you, and I still cannot believe it. This has been the biggest challenge of my life and sometimes I don’t know how to get thru it, but I try to think in your beautiful smile to bright my days in this difficult time.

Thank you for making me part of your life, thank you for sharing the wonderful adventures of your life with me, and for teaching me that people come and go to your life, but it only takes one to...

Darren,

You will always be deeply missed. I have so many good memories of great times with you growing up. Especially the Austin Prep days. Thanks for everything. Your enormous smile would always put a smile on my face or make me laugh. You will always be remebered and in my prayers.

Take Care,

Ryan Cannon

Mercurio Family-

I am so sorry to hear about Darren. If you need anything at all, please contact me. Again, I am so sorry.

I had the pleasure of knowing Darren from various different circles. He clearly had and continues to have a tremendous affect on the people who have been priveleged to know him. He and others often spoke of the amazing family that he has. He was a proud son and brother, and you should be proud of the man that he was. He will be greatly missed by many!

We are all deeply saddened by your tremendous loss. We all remember Darren as an adorable young boy in our Stoneham neighborhood. We are sorry that we never got to see him all grown up. After reading these entries, we've learned what an amazing son, grandson, brother, uncle and friend that he was. Please know your family is in our thoughts and prayers. The Rutkowski Family

Dear Danielle, Liam, Joe and Susan,
