Going to finally leave you in peace now. Your fight is finally over. You fought a brave fight. Rest now with Nanny, Grandad, Aunty Pauline and your dad who will no doubt be looking after you now.
You led a selfless life. You worked hard. You loved your children. You never complained despite your suffering. You asked for nothing and got even less and despite your fragility your main ambition was always to help others. You will be missed by all.
