However, I am saddened and feel a lost for me not
having known the great man and global contributor that Darryl was. He really left his mark on the world
And is most to be admired and looked up to by young people and others.

I thank the Lord that I had the opportunity to work with Darryl in the kitchen for the school season and events as their dishwasher,not only was Darryl a outstanding chef,bur he was an outstanding minister in the word of God,we called him Rev." He's not in a better place,but the ultimate place glory to God.!!!

Ray called me to tell me about Darryl and a piece of my heart broke, we had such a great time together on the 92 culinary team, years ago but still feels like yesterday and the chef world has lost a great friend.
Even though we did not stay in contact I thought of him often that was the affect he had on people and I will always remember his smile and laugh, you are in my thoughts and prayers and may Darryl rest in peace.
