Not sure what to say?

Along with my sisters and brother, I was blessed to spend time with Dad the last weeks of his life. My Dad was a very humbled man in his last days... Out of respect for him and to honor his wishes, we let this be a quiet passing. We did not notify too many people as he did not ask for the sympathy or sadness that would come along with his death. He wanted to be alive in well in everybody's mind, for he asks no pity for himself or his family.

Losing Harold was hard, losing Darryl so soon was unreal to friends who knew both. I worked for Montana United Scholarship Service for many years and was proud of the work that was accomplished under the leadership of Darryl. His ability to accomplish many great things for Indian people was amazing and will be long remembered by his former staff and those who sought our help to secure post-secondary education assistance. My heart goes out to you, his family, and his many friends.

To the Gray family,
I was saddened at the loss of Darryl. I was also reminded of his great hospitality and Darryl's prankster sense of hilarity that made life always a little lighter and easy to manage.
To JoAnn,John,Cristi,Jaclyn and Marilyn, God Bless you and your families and Darryl will be greatly missed. Kyle Bryant
