Darryl was my (FTO), Field Training Officer when he was with NOPD. He was a top notch Police Officer when it came down to training recruits. Darryl was a fun person to be around and could having you in stitches laughing. Love You D.P.! RIP!

Today and the days ahead my friend will be hard, but God will be there always. Lean on him and other family members and close friend. Cry, share memories, but this pain will not last always. You'll smile and laugh again. I wish I was there to hold you and share my condolences, but know my heart beats with you today. Love you friend (my Eagle family); you and your family have prayers from Texas. I'm just 372 miles away.
