Not sure what to say?

He was always Darryl to me when we were friends at the University of Texas, at Austin. Later , he and Howard carried on our delightful friendship with musical evenings in their beautiful Linkwood home. Darryl must have had 5000 LPs of classical music. I have since lost touch with Howard, but wish him well.

My condolences. I knew Marcus, as we called him, at Chicago. I did not know he had passed.

Our deepest condolences to his Partner and family.

Jerry and I are sorry to hear about Darryl's death. He was a wonderful person, gracious and loving, and in his passing you and your family have suffered a great loss.

May the memory of his many good qualities and the happy years you had together comfort you.

Jerry and I send you our deepest sympathy.

Sincerely yours,
Richard Elbein

To Howard & To Darryl's Family,
Darryl and I have been friends for many years now and I will miss him at great deal especially at the Bridge tables and at EPAH. He was a kind and gentle soul who always had a beautiful smile on his face. I'm truely happy for him that he is no longer sick but I will miss him greatly.
Sincerely,
