I had the privilege of working with Darwin for several years at Brooks AFB. He was a wonderful addition to our team. He also attended several of my local theatrical productions and I appreciated his love of the arts and his love of all animals. My sympathy and prayers are with Dondee and his entire family

Darwin was my supervisor and mentor for a number of years, and we became friends. After he retired, he would still periodically call me to check up on me. He was a good, decent, hard-working man, and I will miss him. Rest in peace, Darwin. My condolences to his family and loved ones. Lou Tougas
