Lafrenz, Darwin F. "Big D" age 64, of Waconia, peacefully went to be with the Lord on March 14, 2006 at home, surrounded by his family after a courageous year long battle with cancer. He is survived by wife, Barb; children, Tracy (Colin) Benoit, Shelly, Jill (DJ) Sandau, Heidi (Mike) Sandau, Laura (Jeff) Finzen, Larry (Lori) and Robin (Garth) Geddes; grandchildren, Samantha, Shelby, Derek, Sydney, Jacob, Riley and Hope; mother, Viola; brother, Duanne (Mary) and many other relatives and friends. Memorial service 3:00 PM, visitation 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 18, at the Waconia Moravian Church, 209 E. 2nd St., Waconia. Cremation Society of MN Mpls. 612-825-2435
