Dear Sister Madsen and Holli

Im sorry to hear about Bishop Madsen, Thats what I remember calling him all the years I knew him. He was so kind to me. Im glad I knew him and his wonderful family. Holli was my best friend in school and always a good example to me. She had good parents. My love to Sister Madsen.

Love Peggy

Brother Madsen was one great individual! He has a great sense of humor, and had a helping hand out to everyone. He helped me get my business started while working for the church and support my family through a critical part of my career. We will all miss him!

I'm sorry to hear that Bro. Madsen has passed away. It has been over 35 years since I last saw your family, but I remember the love that I always felt in your home. May you feel the Savior's love at this time of great loss.

I express my love and sympathy to Lillie and children in the loss of your husband and father, Darwin. I remember so well the many times my late husband Larry and I were involved in church related activities with you and your husband. May the Lord bless you in the coming days and weeks.

Darwin has been a mentor to all of us in the Taylorsville 15th Ward, we will miss him. He is in a much better place now and will continue to bless his family.

We will miss Darwin, neighbor and friend.
