Not sure what to say?

To the McVary family:

Sorry for not doing a better job of keeping in touch with all of you since we moved 2 years ago. We just heard the news about Mac's death yesterday and wish to extend our deepest sympathies to Sharon, Tom, Pat, Tim, Paul and the rest of the McVary family.

I knew Mac through my friendship with his sons Pat, Tim & Paul. Great family that always made me feel welcome.

I met Mac several years ago at one of Tim's card parties in Minneapolis.

To Darwin's family:
Ginger & I send our deepest sympathy. Mac was one of a kind and I sure missed him when he retired and we eventually lost touch with each other. Mac and I first worked together in an off-duty job at the State Fair (Playland) and then later on Patrol when I transfered out there. We had a lot of laughs together.

My deepest sympathy to the family of Darwin McVary. Hey, Mac, remember the time I rolled up to your accident scene? You handed me a can of beer you took out of the drivers vehicle and asked if I would hold it. Next thing I knew you left the scene heading back to the patrol station leaving me with the intoxicated driver. Now it was my accident scene. I got a big laugh out of that one. Rest easy, Mac.

We are so sorry for your loss. May God bless and comfort each of you at this sad time and always. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

With deepest sympathy cousins.

Please accept our deepest sympathies.

Darwin was stationed at Grand Forks Air Force base at the same time that I was in 1962. He would come to our house for dinner on several occasions and I would give him a ride home to Mpls. In my little two passenger airplane. I would land in uncle Amos' field, taxi unto the...

My prayerful sympathy to To Darwin's family. Although I am unable to attend any of the services, I will offer a Mass for his soul.( I remember fondly his time of deer hunting with me.)
