I went to Erwin with Daryl and I am truly sadden for the loss. I am however glad to have learned of his faith I have read the guest book an it is great to see how many lives he touched along the way.His work here was done.Thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.

I have just heard of Daryl's passing and am truly sorry for your loss. I have known him since about 1993 when he began coming into a local video store where I worked, and we became friends. Some years later, my husband and I met up with Daryl again as he was coming to watch the 'peewee' football games at Odenville. This is very hard to write. It will be so hard to not see Daryl standing on the side of the mat. I am so thankful that I got to know him and will truly miss his smiling face. He smiled all the time and you couldn't help but smile when you saw him. He was such a great person and I and my whole family will miss him. I am a better person for having known him.

To say that Daryl was a friend would be an understatement. He was a dear brother in Christ, and he taught me so much about forgiving and living.
