Daryl H. Cramphin

I met Daryl when I was 6 years old. He was very kind and supportive and a great athlete. I have many memories of him and the entire family including Doug who was my best friend. One that Stands out occurred when I was 7 and entered a YMCA track meet. I had never raced before and he spent a couple of days teaching me how to break from a runner´s stance and how to time the starters cadence. I didn´t win the race but I competed.
