Not sure what to say?

I am sorry that Mr. Kimberly has passed away; I had forgotten that this is the case. He was my student field instructor my second year when I was in the WMU School of Social Work in the late 1970's. He modeled good writing of clinical reports, which was one of the skills I had sought to acquire. Mr. Kimberly kept a photo of his young family on his office desk. I liked viewing it. My nurse friend at KRPH said he had a sweet wife. I am glad to know that he was a devout Catholic. I note...

Daryl was well liked and respected.

Dear Kimberly Family,

My name is Jeff Mummery, Daryl and I are second cousins, my father Coleman was his grandfather's brother. We only lived a block apart and often played together when we were little. Daryl was one year and three days older and I remember our celebrating two or three birthdays jointly. He was a jolly friend and companion, it is a shame that as we grow older and travel about the country we loose track of some of our childhood friends. I left Ann Arbor more than...

Dora - We were shocked to hear of Daryl's passing. In your time of sorrow, may our faith sustain you, love strengthen you and the kids, and friends be with you always. Bob & Mary Jane Hayes, Hillsdale.

I did not have the privilege of knowing Daryl for very long, but the times I talked with him I could tell he had a gental spirit and was a kind gental man.I know God will carry you thru this very sad time. You will be in my prayers.

I worked with Daryl for a few years before his retirement. He was always so kind to everyone. He did love those Michigan Wolverines! He and I would trade sports stories about the Red Wings and Wolverines. I am so sorry for your loss. Words cannot convey our deep sorrow at times like this. I am praying for you and your family. May the Lord put his loving arms around you and sustain you at this time of such grief.

I was privileged to have worked with Daryl at the Kalamazoo Psychiatric Hospital for several decades and remember his kindness and dedication to the patients (consumers) and their families. Daryl helped hundreds of people during a time of significant changes within the State's mental health system. Always a gentleman with a great sense of humor and passion for the University of Michigan. May the positive memories of Daryl live on in our hearts.

Dear Dora,
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of your loss. May the Lord hold you and your family in the palm of His hand. Know that Daryl is at peace with the Lord now and forever.

Dora and Family,

I am so sorry for your loss. I will always remember Daryl as being such a kind, gentle soul who always had a smile on his face. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

With sympathy,
