Daryl and I were partners in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at HMC for almost 10 years. I was a young graduate when I started at HMC, and was fortunate to have Daryl as a partner. I learned a lot from Daryl, not just respiratory, but how to take my time to do things the right way, and to not sweat the small stuff.
