Dava Johnson-Weitzer

Dava - just saying her name makes me feel better, to say nothing of what happened when she walked into the room! Dava cared for our mother, Nikki Burns, in the mid-1990´s, in Nikki´s home, and later in an assisted living center. Dava brought skill, and joy, and her friends, and tales of her glorious life into our mom´s small life, and made our mom feel very alive again. I will never forget her gift for making life better. Dava was a beautiful, brightly shining soul who radiated love and kindness and shared freely her excellent taste and appreciation for beauty. I believe she brightened the day for everyone she met or passed, and for those of us lucky enough to get to spend more time with her she made the world a much better and warmer and lovelier place. She will be sorely missed. Rest in Peace, Dava. Your love still reverberates throughout this world and always will.
