I am so sorry to hear of Mr Carter's passing, but certainly he is in a better place. He modeled Christlikeness. He was a man of God. I enjoyed the short time I worked with him at Eva Gordon Elementary and I have often thought of him. May God comfort you all during your time of loss. What a wonderful legacy of faith he left.
