Not sure what to say?

Dearest Betty,
My sincere, heartfelt condolences on the loss Dave. In the short time that I was lucky enough to support Dave after his accident I was able to learn just how much he loved you. You were his reason to fight and his reason to live and he worked so hard to get back home to you. Him and I would exchange emails after he discharged home, checking in, and I absolutely loved to hear about how the both of you were enjoying life together. I learned a lot from Dave and thank every...

Betty & Family, I'm so sorry to see that Dave has passed away. I remember both of you on several Day Tripping trips the last few years. I was lucky to be the escort on some of them as well. May memories of Joy & happiness comfort all of you at this very sad time. May God Bless you.

Dave Pinksy was and will forever be my mentor. He hired me at the City of Santa Rosa and took me under his wing. I owe much of my success to Dave and his constant mantra of success through hard work resonated with me deeply and paid off! Thank you, Dave, for your guidance and passing on knowledge that I still employ today. We wish the family all the best and we send our deepest condolences.

Gratitude Arrangement

He was my Commander at Homestead AFB Fla at Det 2.. WE became close friends , I admired him and resected him , You could always bank on If told you some thing ( any thing) He meant it .. I enjoyed his and Betty,s company at our reunions He was a true friend and will be sorely missed

I knew Col. Pinsky and his former wife, Sue, at Beale AFB in the 80s.
My son was a good friend of their son, Brian.
May Col. Pinsky rest in peace

I patrolled with Dave at Squaw Valley for 5 years. Did not know of his military past until a fellow patroller shared with me his accomplishments. Although I did not know him for very long, my brief interactions on the hill were always memorable. We heard the flyover today and did not what is was until reported on a local app. My kids asked why the house shook and then all was calm.....I told them an American hero was laid to rest today and your freedom is because of men like him. RIP Col....

Col. Pinsky was of the greatest F-106 pilot's I ever was privileged to work with. He demanded an aircraft that was OR and rightfully so. At the same time he was very complimentary of your job performance when the plane was properly maintained. It was my great privilege to know and serve with such a distinguished pilot. He deserved the accolades that described him. Please know I will pray for your family as I think of you. Staff sergeant, Walt Martin, crew chief, F-106, Langley AFB, 1966-70

A great man to have served with. He was Commander at Beale when I got there at 22 yrs of age. I remember the retirement ceremony well. Into the wild, blue, yonder, Sir!
