Not sure what to say?

We didn't know Dave well, but, heard many awesome things about him from our son-in-law Aaron and Aaron's mom Laura (Dave's sister). I know how much Laura misses Dave, so we are sending prayers of healing to her, Tom, Mary Beth and their families as they remember Dave on this anniversary of his death.

On this Anniversary of Dave, know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family Mary Beth. As time moves on we recall great memories of a great man. Thanks for sharing him. hugs Pat and Karen

I just saw this and am deeply saddened. Dave and my husband Pat worked together at Abbott many years ago and Pat always spoke highly of him. For years the two of them would chat on Halloween and most recently those calls stopped, figuring every one gets busy. When I went to Abbott for a procedure from Idaho, there was Dave to calm me. Although we we did not keep in touch aside from Christmas Cards, our grief is great, Dave will be dearly missed...our hugs and prayers go out to the family.

I just saw this and am so sad. My husband worked with Dave at Abbott and talked very highly of him. When I came to Abbott for a procedure from Idaho Dave was there to calm me. It was a little joke that every Halloween Dave would call Pat to chat, most recently those calls stopped...figured we all get busy. Our deepest sympathy goes out to all the family, although we lost touch over the years our grief is great..hugs and prayers from Idaho.

I too started at ANW in 1979 in the pharmacy and got to meet Dave when I covered the PACU. Always a fun guy to talk to. I loved his wood working and hoped he could keep most of his fingers! Missed him when he went to PEI, but knew it was a great opportunity for him & family. So sad to learn of his passing. It was always a pleasure to work with him.

We so sorry for your loss Mary Beth and family-
Dave was a wonderful person and I feel so lucky to have known him. During the time we worked together at PEI, Dave and I shared stories about our cabins and our families. He was so proud of each and every one of you and love love loved those grand babies. I picture Dave looking down at us from inside a fishing boat and asking, " Did you hear the joke about......" Rest in peace dear friend-

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

I shall miss my good neighbor, Dave.

I met Dave when we were MNA reps back in the early 1980s. I saw him from time to time up until his retirement. He always stopped to talk. He was level-headed, respectful, engaged, and a truly kind man. He made a difference. Rest in peace, Dave.
