We have known the Malik family for 35 years. They were family friends and we celebrated many of our kids birthdays together. Dr. Malik was a quiet and peaceful man devoted to his family. We will miss him greatly. Wishing dear Sadhana and Shelly the courage to face this difficult time. God bless you all. Take care.

Our deepest condolences to Dr. Malik's family. A good friend and colleague for more than 35 years. His unconditional love for students is well echoed in the Creighton campus today. The Omaha community will miss a highly intellectual and worthy son with a great demeanor. We pray for his soul to rest in peace.

My condolences to the Malik family. I got to know Dr. Malik at CU in the process of advising adult computer science students. He was unfailingly helpful and encouraging to the students and to me as we worked together to help these students through a nontraditional degree and certificate paths. It was my privilege to know him. May you all be comforted by his legacy of love and brilliance.
