Dr Aasen was an important figure in my family's life in Edmonds in the 60's onwards. My father was terminally ill and he visited almost every Sunday bringing communion to him in his hospital bed. He lived by what he preached and his statement of 'do not just talk like Jesus walk like him' left a lifelong impression on myself, charitable kindnesses a priority

Dr Aasen was a large influence in my life when he was pastor in Edmonds and he conducted the marriage ceremony for Carolyn and me. What a great gift he had and such a blessing for those who knew him.
