David and I worked together for many years and were friends for even longer. He was a talented surgeon and would always be willing to teach and educate people with his extensive knowledge and experience. We enjoyed skiing and playing trivial pursuit, going to movies and dinner together. He was a kind and generous friend. I will miss you dearly, my friend. May your casts be fruitful in the river of peace you so deserve.
