I am sorry to hear of this loss. I am lifting your family up in prayer. - Mary Boland class mate 1981 of David Jr

Kathy,
I was sorry to hear of Dave's passing. We grew up in the same neighborhood and had mutual friends from Brooklyn Grade School and Sacred Heart Grade School. Friendships continued even though we all went to different high schools - Cleveland, Central Catholic, Benson and St, Mary's. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

So many work stories with Dave. We once shared a trip to Sysco San Francisco for a conference. While in flight we played cribbage and he never once looked out the window. To say he wasn't a fan of flying is an understatement :))
Dave you earned your wings; thank you for your guidance and support. Rest In Peace my thrifty friend.

Laurie,
I have great memories of your sweet dad coaching us summer softball in high school! I am so sorry for you and your whole family. I know you will take comfort with your many memories!

Dave and I used to go to lunch together in Milwaukie and I got to know him and like him very much. My wife and I used to see Dave playing Bingo at the Casino and so he got to know my wife Becky as well. I haven't gone to the Casino for a number of years but my wife goes down several times a year and...

Oh the memories we have. Paul and DAVE grew up as childhood friends in SE Portland. Remained good friends until Dave's passing. We shared many fun times with his family which included
Fast pitch softball all summer long to beach trips, Bunco, pinocle, kids baptisms, weddings and
Going to the casino. Towards the last he and Paul delivered food baskets for St. Vincent DePaul through Sacred Heart parish where they grew up. We will miss him and send our love and prayers to Kathy...
