David Adams Obituary
52, of Louisville, returned to his Heavenly Father on November 25, 2014.
David was the owner and operator of Adams Painting, and a 1981 graduate of Western High school.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Jean Adams.
Left to cherish his memory is his father, Larry Martin Adams; sisters, Sherry Adams Richardson (Brian), and Janet Adams Fernette (Eric); and children, Brian, Steven, and Jessica Shoots.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday at 12pm at Evergreen Funeral Home Dignity Chapel. Visitation will be Friday from 1pm-7pm and Saturday 10am-12pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
The family would like to request expressions of sympathy be made to the Wayside Christian Mission.

David,
Over the years as we grew up I did not get to see you as much as I would have liked. I really enjoyed the couple of fishing trips we took together and I'll never forget the day your bucket of crickets spilled out in the trunk of my moms car. She was freaking out, it was great. I stopped by here because I went to see a Navy movie this weekend, Top Gun part 2. I was thinking how I would have loved to have a career in the Navy working on a ship, but no one ever told me to do it. Then, I remembered you coming to visit my dad and having coffee with us at the table in your navy outfit, with your peacoat on. I remember how good it looked on you. For some reason, it didn't give me a big enough hint. I wish you'd have slapped me in the head or something and said, "Join the Navy!!!" Anyway, I can't say I wasn't given a 'clue' from the universe, you were there to inspire me, I just missed it cousin. I hope you're doing well. My dad has quit fishing for some reason, so I guess the fish are safe now, because the two best fishermen I know aren't out there any more. - Mike.

Happy 6 years in heaven David. Not a day goes by that I don't think of you and miss you. Looking forward to the day when we meet again in heaven. We miss you at the table every Holiday but I know you have Mom and Dad now in heaven to dine with. You will always be missed and never forgotten.

David was my cousin and though we had our ups and downs in life,we both loved to fish and had some very memorable times.We also painted together and couldn't decide who was the better painter.Rest in peace my cuz.

David, We were so close, years of struggles and Joy together. I have received confirmation from those that Hear from Heaven, you are there and are suffering no more. I never knew if could hurt so much, you were not just my brother but my close friend and had a heart of Gold. You knew God. We talked often of the bible and forgiveness, with Dad together. I long for the day to see your smile again. I love you.....Your Sister Forever Sherry Rae.
