David S. Alberts

I recall David as always being kind and learned; he was wonderful to me, to Hugh and most of all to my mother, whom he took to dinner each week when she was ill and in need of companionship. He was a treasured member of my family whom I miss very much. Hugh and I cherish his memory.

I will always cherish memories of David, a very kind and good man. I loved his sense of humor and deference to our family. He was a dear friend and relative.

Philip and I were sorry to hear of cousin David's passing.I always enjoyed talking to him,and Pearl on the phone,and seeing the both of them when we came to Boston.Our sincere sympathy to your family.Ellen[Alberts] and Philip Oppenheim

Dear Pearl, Dellson and Eunice,

Hugh and I recall David with great love. He adored his family and was very proud of you and of his children. He was always a light in our lives, speaking beautifully about our mother, Russella, and offering affection and lively conversation to us throughout his lifetime.

We miss him already and have great sympathy for you and for the loved ones he has left behind.
