Thinking of you always

I wish this never happened. Over a year later and I think about you all almost everyday. You and dave were like second parents to me. since we havnt really talked and im sorry for that. I love you guys.

Sept07 Dave & Mary Ellen, Mystic CT

To All of David’s family, friends, & colleagues:
Words cannot express how thankful Kaitlin and I are for all of your support, your many cards, thoughtful letters, kind e-mails, ‘just checking on you’ phone calls & caring prayers. It is truly wonderful & infinitely healing to hear the many stories of David’s antics, playfulness, and numerous acts of kindness that we were only able to experience briefly. It is clear, David not only impacted our life, but many, many lives for the better....

Dave will be deeply missed by all who knew him on the campus of Ithaca College. He was a respected professional and a fun-loving colleague. My wife Amber and I were always happy to see Dave at the president's house. Please accept our deepest condolences at your loss.

To the Albrecht Family,

I met David when we served together on the Grand Jury in Watkins. He and I struck up a conversation as we were seated together, and in 5 minutes time I felt like I knew him. What a wonderful young man, taken from you too soon. My heart and prayers go out to you all in this difficult time.

There are no words to say at a time like this. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Horst and Family,
I am saddened by this news, this is just not fair. Dave will be missed by many, and my thoughts and prayers are with his family. I am sorry I missed the services, i have been out of town.

To Kitty and the Albrecht Family:

I am so terribly sorry for your loss, and hope that fond memories and love support you during this time of sorrow.

All my best,
Ms. Gergely
