Marta: I am so sorry to hear that David passed away. I was thinking of you in Blaine with the issues of border crossings and decided to look you up. I had not heard and hope you are managing.

So sorry to hear of his passing. He was an excellent physician and was very well respected community. My deepest condolences to his family.

I worked with Dr Dave Allen at Associates in Family Medicine when he filled in on the weekends. He was a wonderful, caring, passionate person. Always willing to listen and provide the best care. My prayers and condolences go out to his family

Dr. Allen was the doctor for my whole family for many years. We loved him. My daughter loves him so much she called him "her doctor". When she was sick or hurt she wouldn't let me touch her. She had to see "her doctor". He made her so comfortable. He infact was the one who confirmed I was pregnant with her. I am so sad to hear of his passing. We will never forget him. Our thoughts are with his family.
