Passed away peacefully 1st August 2016. Our deepest sympathy to his wife Margaret and family. All the Doctors, members and staff of Mead Medical at Kalamunda and Forrestfield are saddened by the passing of our colleague and friend. David was a much loved and respected member of the Mead Medical Group. He made a significant contribution to the practice over recent years and was greatly respected by his many patients. He will be sadly missed by all....
