Not sure what to say?

I just came across the news last night of Mr. Anderson's passing.
I would like to offer my deepest condolences to Reed, Steven and their family. An exceptional man, David was extremely warm, kind and pretty well always smiling. I have many happy memories of spending time with the Anderson's both at Stony Lake and in Buffalo. David's impact on the art world will carry on and continue to influence many.

Nik Rishor and family, Peterborough, ON

It is with deep, deep sorrow that I read about David's passing. He was such a gentle, kind, generous and loving man and will be missed by many whose lives he touched. I thank him for sharing his knowledge, passion and love of art with everyone and anyone. Now the heavens will be blessed with his beauty.

I would like to express my sincerest condolences to David's family and friends. He was a wonderful member of this community and his absence will be sorely felt.

The thing about David was his transcendent love; he loved his family, his community and his art with all of his great heart.
Man and boy, he was so happy when he could share his unique vision of what had merit, and met with a knowing audience.
He left with us much, and without his singular presence, we would each have been diminished.

We were fortunate to have spent a lot of time with David at Camp David and Stony Lake.
David was generous and patient, especially with kids, teaching them to water ski or inviting them to take the wheel of his power boat. He had a great sense of humor, and he loved games.

David took great pleasure in small things such as slicing a crusty baguette the proper way or making endless rounds of toast.

David had a unique mind and was knowledgeable about things most people...

Dear Anderson Family,
We will miss Mr. Anderson's gentle ways and smiling face here at the Western New York Artificial Kidney Center. He came a long way since his first treatment with us. It was a pleasure to see him and hear his wonderful stories of his deceased wife as well as his joyful stories of his sons, and grandchildren. Also the stories of his amazing childhood and and his later accomplishments because of his talented and strong mother. We will miss seeing him get ready to go to...

David,
You were the kindest, most generous man. I have the greatest memories from Camp David and Stony Lake, Stony himself, Charlie and Dickens!
I've missed you since I saw you last and will continue to do so.

Sorry to hear the news. A tremendous loss for the city and area.

I was very sorry to hear about David's death, he will be missed. I will always remember Christmas Eve get togethers in his wonderful house with all the family members laughing and signing, the beautiful art work throughout the house, and pine tree boughs on the ceiling.
