Although I only got a couple years with David, it was like we had known each other forever. I miss you BB, no one here to ask for shingles off the roof. You were my knight in slightly rusted armor.

It's been a few weeks now since I learned of David's death and it's still hard to find the right words. I knew him back in his Johnston, RI days and we hung around for quite a few years. David was one of those unique souls you meet only a few times in your life (if you're lucky) and he left an indelible mark. Whether it was just plain David, Sargent Baker or (here's some trivia) Ralph Avocado, his combination of humor, sarcasm and self deprecation was infectious. His was a lasting...

Dave was a natural with his amusingly clever phrases, witty comebacks, joyful attitude..and was never one to pass up a cold one .... loved the memories we shared uncle dave, rest in paradise
