Not sure what to say?

I still think about Dr. Asbel and I'm saddened by his passing. I wish he was still alive so that we could chat on the phone about our common interests. He was a doctor who would actually TOUCH your body and tell you what to do to heal yourself. Now-a-days the doctors sit at their computers and give you a prescription. To Ruth and the Asbel family, I am so sorry for your loss. What a kind, wonderful, knowledgeable physician and family man he was. I learned so much from him and he had such a great sense of humor. I was privileged to know him and learn from him. Bettina Power

I just learned of the untimely demise of David. He was a beloved, and respected, primary care physician. I was honored to be one of his colleagues at the Bryn Mawr Hospital, as well as sharing his company as a sincere friend.
We will miss him very much!
Our sincere condolences to dear Ruth, and all of David's family.

Dr. Asbel was very patient and kind. A good listener, he gave sound advice. We missed him very much after he retired. We were very sorry to hear of his passing. Our sincere condolences to Mrs. Asbel, children and family.

What a wonderful man and Dr . He had a heart of gold in my book.

Ruthie, I am so sorry for your loss

May the memory of his healing hands and his courageous heart always be for a blessing.

I answered "Three weeks before you, Junior". We talked about gardening and growing tomatoes. Sometimes I'd meet him while...
