David Michael Azlin

My heart sank at work last night when I was looking through the patient log and saw your name. We haven't seen you for a long time, but we had never forgotten you. Our deepest sympathy goes out to your family and loved ones. We remember how hard you worked for the community for many years! You were a good guy and we hope your spirit is happy and free! Looks like we'll have to have that chili cook-off in heaven (*wink**wink*)!

David, your great spirit will always live on as you are one of the great ones. Your joy for sports and photography as I remember in our earlier days was just some of your passions, but most of all you will always be remembered as one of the nicest people that anybody could know. My prayers go out to your family with much respect and love.

MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH THE AZLIN FAMILY DURING THIS DARKEST HOUR. I HOPE YOU FEEL COMFORT IN THE FACT OF KNOWING THAT YOU RAISED A GENEROUS AND LOVING MAN. David's Brother Jeff and I were best friends growing up. David was always around as we were playing, riding bikes, involved with baseball, etc. My sympathy goes to the Azlin family. It just isn't right to loose someone in the prime of their life.
