Fr. you were a Wonderful friend of the Family and Your Mom and Mine were the best buds. When Mom and Dad passed you were there for our Family and used the family Bible for both Funeral Services 7 month's apart. It's been 5 years since you went to be with your Boss, our Lord. Let it be known you touched many lives with your caring and Spiritual guidance and also made just plain old good friends with so many. It may be 5 years but the Wiltsie Family would like to thank you again Fr. Baehr for...

Father David was one of the kindest, most gentle and loving priests I have ever known. Even after 4 years he is greatly, greatly missed at St. Frances Cabrini.

I
We have never met a more understanding priest than Father Baehr. He was so kind, and was there for any one that he ever met.
We know that God has a special place in Heaven for him. We are gonna miss you so much. Sending our love up there to you.
Love, Fred, Joan, Cathy and Michael Ciannilli.

I will miss his kindness and his ability to listen and quietly bring peace during Reconciliation and other Spiritual Guide meetings. Father Dave served our Secular Teresian Carmelite Community in Bradenton as Spiritual Assistant for several years. He also brought my aunt back to the Church at age 91.

I served as an Alter Boy for Father Baehr at St. Agatha's Church in Canastota, NY as a youth. He was a man that exuded love and made such a positive influence in my life. I will never forget his soothing voice and smile. This news brings me personal sadness but I smile at all the great things he added to such a mixed up world.
My love to all his family.
