The funniest thing I have ever seen in my life was David trying to stay upright in a Kyak... It was many years ago, but it is how I will always remember him. My deepest Sympathy.

I just learned of Dave's passing. Sheryl, you and your family are in my prayers. It has been a long time since I worked with Dave at Koch but I have fond memories of our times together.
