Dave was my best friend and I will miss him everyday. The words that come to mind when I think of my friend Dave are strong, tough, athletic, friendly and brave. We are very sorry he is gone and send our prayers out to you guys. Dave and I had a lot of great times together, he made my life exciting and fun and I will never forget that.
