David E. Bailey

David and I were fellow Peace Corps Volunteers in Costa Rica, both of us working with credit unions in different parts of the country. David and Julie were always so positive, no matter what challenges they faced. I enjoyed visiting with them during our two years of service, sharing our experiences with the people of Costa Rica.

David was such a kind and caring person. A real gentleman! I have good memories of him all the way back to DUSNB days and forward. He was highly respected. It was a sad day when I learned of his passing. Blessings to all his family and friends. Memories do help in healing and no doubt there are many memories. Robbie, I am so glad you and David had those treasured years together. My sincere thoughts and prayers to all the family and friends.

I never met David E. Bailey, but I knew his wife, Robbie Gries. Robbie taught my age group at the Unitarian Church in Fort Collins, CO, years ago. I'm very sorry for your loss, Robbie. --Gail Anderson Hoffman

so very sorry to hear of David‘s passing. He was too young. David was one of my first bosses at United Bank of Denver. I had a great career there for 33 years enjoyed most of all of the people I worked with. My condolences to his family
