I first met David at the age of thirteen at a local swim club that our respective parents had joined. David and I hit it off immediately, sharing some interests in weight lifting and athletics. What I remember most about David at the time, was his radiant energy that drew people to him. He was already an accomplished swimmer and seemed to enjoy whatever he partook in. Susan: I was so sorry to learn of Dave's passing. we had a great year together when we served on the same panel. He was a brilliant judge with a great sense of humor. I always enjoyed his company.
