My love and sympathy to the Ball family. Gail and Scooter lived around the corner from me growing up and I clearly remember in elementary school wanting to get home as fast as I could bcuz Scooter always pick on me, throw apples at me ect... Your sense of humor and laughter will be missed Scooter. Rest in peace with our father in heaven.
