I'm so sorry to hear about Dave's passing. He was my manager in the earlier part of my IRS career. He was such a wonderful manager and always so kind. I remember about 30 years ago, I mentioned to Dave that I was looking to adopt a kitten and he told me he and his wife's cat just had a litter of kittens.
