David Bartles

I speak for Dave's many friends at SCDC who were saddened to learn of his death. From the time he became the agency's first Correctional Officer of the Year, Dave enjoyed the admiration of everyone who knew him. And he was respected by both staff & inmates for his integrity, loyalty & courage when things got tough. Dave Bartles lived his life with unswerving dedication to his God & his country. "Well done good & faithful soldier. Go now to your peace."

So sorry for your loss. God has given us a life span of 70 or 80 years. Mr. David enjoyed a life well lived. He was especially strong. Ps. 90:10
