Although we had met on a few occasions my strongest memories of your husband and Dad come vicariously through the impact he had on my daughter, Siena. Upon returning from a trip to the lake house there would be a light in her eyes. She would repeat conversations she had with "Mr. Bartlett", laughing and displaying renewed confidence. Dave took such great pride in his work at LCTV. He insisted that the product meet his standards. His dedication and effort made LCTV a standard for all local cable stations. We are grateful for all he did. He will be missed.
