His calm, good-natured and always helpful attitude has been a great help through many stressful situations over the years during phone calls where I needed technical support. I remember Dave as a teenager and we referred to him as "Schnoz." One time at our grandparent's house, we had homemade ice cream and one of the kids noticed my aunt putting in a little yellow food color (it was vanilla ice cream).
